By submitting an order and/or payment, You are acknowledging that You have read and understand these terms and conditions. By submitting an order and/or payment, You are also agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which form the entire agreement between You and veteranghostwriters.com.

“Customer,” “You,” or “Yours” mean and refer to you and/or any other person submitting an order to veteranghostwriters.com or affiliated brand on your behalf.

“Company,” “We,” or “Our” mean and refer to veteranghostwriters.com or affiliated brand.

“Product” means and refers to all services and products provided by veteranghostwriters.com or affiliated brand to Customer in accordance with his/her Order.
“Order” means an order via phone or e-mail made by Customer to purchase services or products provided by veteranghostwriters.com or affiliated brand. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, WesternUnion, or PayPal transfer.

Our Services
 

By submitting the Order and/or payment, You are purchasing the Services for Your use only. All Services are non-refundable and come with no guarantees regarding commercial success, publication outcomes, or customer satisfaction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our obligation is limited to delivering services as described in the agreed-upon order. It is Your obligation to read these Terms and Conditions before submitting any Order and/or payment to this company.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith under the laws of New York.
  • If unresolved, the matter will be settled through binding arbitration in New York, except where prohibited by law.
  • Customers waive the right to file a lawsuit or class action claim.
Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veteran Ghost Writers and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Issues arising from Your failure to provide accurate or complete instructions.

Misuse of Our services or any actions taken by third parties using Our work.

In no event shall Our total liability exceed the total amount paid by You for the specific Order in dispute.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:

  1. Contractual Projects – If You have signed a contract with a refund clause, refunds will be issued in accordance with the agreed terms. Contracts are available on request for new projects that have not yet been paid and agreed for – This is for high value customers only

  2.  No Refunds After Work Has Started
    Once work has begun on an order, We do not offer refunds. Work is considered started once any research, drafting, writing has commenced or marketing creative such as social media posters have been created.

  3. No Refunds After 7 Days
    If more than 7 days have passed since the order was placed, the project is considered in progress, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  4.  Non-Refundable Cases
    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • If 7 days have passed since the order was placed.
    • If work has already started.
    • No refunds will be issued based on personal dissatisfaction with writing style, tone, or creative preferences.
    • If the delay is caused by the customer’s failure to provide necessary information.
    • If the project is completed and delivered.
  5.  Non-Compliance with Documented Requirements – We are committed to delivering work that aligns with Your documented requirements. If You believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, We offer:

    • Unlimited revisions to correct errors.
    • No refunds will be issued once work has been delivered, as Our time and resources have already been invested.
    • Late Delivery – If We fail to deliver on time due to Our fault (excluding delays caused by the Customer), We will offer a reasonable resolution, such as a credit for future services or additional revisions at no extra cost. No refunds will be issued for late delivery unless explicitly stated in a separate contract.
Cases where refund will not be issued:
 
  • Standard projects that reference terms and conditions as binding clauses are not eligible for a refund.
  • The company will not be responsible for any delay from the client’s end.
  • No refunds will be issued based on claims of low-quality writing, as writing style and quality are subjective matters.
Modification of terms:

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes (such as refund policies or liability clauses) will be notified via email or website announcements at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.ve
